Our manager has a degree in accounting from the University of Panama. He started at Avila y Asociados, S.A. in October 2001 as a payroll assistant, then the firm found a market to exploit by offering payroll services through a subsidiary company and that is where Servicios 15 y 30, S.A. was created and gave me the opportunity to be in charge of that company to date. - Payroll Administration: Payroll administration is a service we provide to process the payment corresponding to each employee who collaborates in your company.
- Calculation of labor settlements: As requested by the client justified and unjustified dismissals, voluntary or justified resignation
- Planilla 03: Monthly report of salaries and withholdings.
- Severance Fund: For companies with 5 or more permanent employees.
- Advice on Labor Matters: On overtime calculations, payroll, liquidations, XIII month vacations, etc.
- Reports to Social Security Fund SIPE: Monthly report of salaries and employer contributions.
